Appointments
Therapists at Peak Performance work by appointment
only (please, no walk-ins). Appointments can be made directly by
calling individual therapists or by Peak Performance's direct line.
New clients should arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointments
to fill out an intake form. If late for your appointment, full services
may not be rendered.
Gift Certificates
A great treat for someone special. Gift Certificates are available
for all services. They can be purchased over the phone or in person.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal check or cash. We accept Spa Finder.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hour advance notice in the event you must cancel
your appointment. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before
scheduled appointments will be charged 50% of service total. No-shows
will be charged 100% of service.
Package and Gift Certificate
Cancellation Policy
We require that all services or packages valued at $100 or more
be prepaid to secure appointments. There will be no charge for treatment,
packages, or gift certificates cancelled in less than 24 hours if
we fill the time slot. No-shows for Gift Certificates will result
in the gift certificate being redeemed.

Cash, Check, Visa and Mastercard.
